Natasha Di Ciano, Director and Founder of boutique executive search and consulting firm EGAMI TALENT, has previously led a successful career as a partner with Chandler Macleod (now Luminary Search), a leading Executive and HR firm. Prior to her recruitment career, she worked in commercial roles, her last position being the Toll Holdings Group. Natasha was also Partner of a successful promotional company that she co-owned and developed in Perth.

With strong networks, she has successfully placed and managed the careers of senior to executive level managers across a number of disciplines. Natasha partners with her clients to understand their key cultural and organisational drivers, delivering solutions in strategic sourcing and international talent pooling, project recruitment and career transition coaching.

Chris Meredith is a Recruitment expert, Executive Search Consultant and successful Business Manager with a unique mix of experience. He has held partnerships in several successful recruitment businesses and led a public listing and subsequent sale. He has an in-depth understanding of all recruitment sectors across a broad range of industries with a large network of contacts throughout Western Australia. He has experience as an internal and external Recruitment Manager and Consultant and is recognised for having a high level of professionalism, a detailed approach and very successful track record.

One of his key achievements includes the effective transition from external consulting to corporate, with the largest gold mining company in the world, Barrick Gold Limited, saving more than $2M in fees through a variety of cost saving and brand awareness initiatives.

Pamela-Jayne has an extensive employment background within financial services and consulting. She has worked in the areas of economics, strategic planning, privatisation, corporate governance and risk management. She led Gerard Daniels’ remuneration practice between 2004 and 2009 and now has her own consultancy in Executive and Board Remuneration Governance. Immediately prior to joining Gerard Daniels, Pamela-Jayne consulted on number of projects, including a review of the South-East Asian banking system for a major Indian software company and a submission to the Federal Government’s review of housing affordability in 2002 on behalf of a major Australian residential builder.

During the 1990s, Pamela-Jayne worked in the financial services sector and was a key member of the privatisation and subsequent listing of the Bank of Western Australia Ltd. Her particular area of responsibility was Corporate Governance. In addition to privatisation, Pamela-Jayne worked as a Financial Markets Economist with responsibility for writing BankWest’s weekly financial market’s commentary and modelling the Bank’s interest rate risk strategy. Pamela-Jayne finished her banking career as Program Manager, Basel II Implementation. In addition, Pamela-Jayne is a former practitioner with the Finance and Securities Institute of Australia, lecturing in Economics.

Pamela-Jayne is currently a Board Member of Buzz Dance Theatre, having previously held the positions of Chairman, Australian Institute of Banking and Finance (WA) Treasurer, Friends of West Australian Ballet and Board Member Women’s Health Services (Inc).
